Type of event
A party organized by a private individual, aimed at bisexual and homosexual people.
Rules and Regulations
The regulations are superior to the rules set by the venue providing space for the event.
Signing up for any of our events signifies acceptance of the rules below and an obligation to comply with them.
Lack of knowledge of the regulations does not, under any circumstances, excuse the Participant or release them from the obligation to follow them.
All events organized by the private entity are strictly for ADULTS ONLY. In case of doubt, the Organizer reserves the right to take steps to verify participants’ age.
The Organizer reserves the right to select Participants for safety reasons and to refuse entry without providing a reason or explanation for such a decision.
Events organized by the private entity are ticketed events, and the method of payment will be determined for each event or can be arranged directly with the organizers.
1. Consent
-
Any interactions between Participants MUST occur with explicit, mutual consent.
-
The word “no” means “no.” It is not an invitation to a sexual game or flirtation. Individuals who do not respect refusal will be removed from the event and placed on a blacklist.
The entrance fee is non-refundable—unless the event is cancelled.
A ticket may be resold to another person accepted for the event—provided the organizers are informed.
You are required to know the meaning of private room light signals:
-
Blue – room free, unoccupied
-
Green – room occupied; you may enter and ask whether joining is allowed
-
Red – room occupied; absolutely no looking in or entering
Eroticism
Sexual activities are allowed throughout the entire club, except in the spa area and areas designated for consumption (e.g., Bar), where only hugging and kissing are permitted.
For hygiene reasons, scat, piss and vomit practices are prohibited.
Organizers place strong emphasis on the principle of consensuality; therefore, ensure the other person wants to engage with you—otherwise you will be removed from the event.
Any form of solitary masturbation / self-pleasuring / genital rubbing without the explicit participation of third parties is not allowed and will result in removal from the club and the event.
Do not talk near private playrooms. Do not comment on visible sexual activities unless whispering softly enough not to disturb those engaged.
Photography
Bringing phones beyond the designated zone is strictly prohibited without the consent of the main organizer (for Utopia, this is the curtain leading to the main club area).
Bringing a phone or any video-recording device into the restricted area results in a 200 PLN fine, as well as an obligation to provide your unlocked device for inspection by security and deletion of any illegally recorded material.
Participants who wish to record their activities in private rooms may do so only if agreed upon with the organizer and only if all persons recorded consent.
Hygiene
Every participant is required to maintain personal hygiene—this applies to one’s body, the cleanliness of used spaces, and clothing including shoes.
Persons with a very strong odor or excessive perfume will be asked to neutralize the smell or leave the event.
Play areas must be left in a condition no worse than found—participants may not leave a dirty or uncleaned area; otherwise they will be removed from the event.
Organizers are not responsible for the hygiene or disinfection of items used for play—each user must ensure proper cleaning of accessories before and after use.
The club provides sheets, condoms, lubricant, towels, and surface disinfectants.
Dress Code
Wearing underwear combined with a regular T-shirt is prohibited.
An erotic event is not a lakeside beach.
Tracksuits of any kind are prohibited.
Sports shoes of any kind are prohibited.
Participants who do not comply with the dress code will be given the option to remain nude or must leave the club.
Safety
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a participant if they consider them a threat to others’ safety.
Unpleasant, aggressive, or otherwise threatening behaviors must be reported immediately—individuals who endanger others or disturb the atmosphere are not welcome. Even if such behavior does not bother you, someone with less assertiveness may struggle. Let’s take care of one another.
2.2 Participants who cause danger to health, life, or material damage during the event will bear civil, financial, and/or criminal liability.
Sexual and BDSM activities are permitted at the event except for activities that break the skin. It is forbidden to bring items that puncture tissue, such as knives, needles, bladed weapons, firearms, stun guns, or pepper spray (unless agreed beforehand for educational or artistic demonstrations).
If any of the above items are carried solely for self-defense, organizers must be informed, and the items must be checked in at reception—unless possession of such items is illegal, in which case they must not be brought onto the premises.
Any doubts or violations of the regulations must be reported immediately to the organizers or club security.
Organizers strive to monitor the event as thoroughly as possible—if you cannot find them, report issues directly to assistants or club staff.
Substances
Individuals significantly under the influence who disturb the event atmosphere will be removed immediately.
In closed smoking areas, only cigarettes, cigarillos, or cigars with tobacco only may be smoked.
Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed only if purchased at the bar.
The organization reserves the right to amend the regulations or introduce new rules at any time, informing participants accordingly.
Other
Participants may bring their own erotic accessories.
If a personal item is left in a playroom, do not disturb those occupying it—wait until they leave the room.
Each participant will receive access to a locker in the cloakroom, where belongings may be stored; lockers are key-locked. Organizers are not responsible for left or lost items.
In matters not specified by the organizers, the club’s general rules apply—or you may ask the organizers for clarification.
Everyone has the right to their own opinion, but no one has the right to treat their views as superior to those of other participants or pressure others into agreeing with them—including political opinions.
